California Career Development Conference (CA CDC) 2026
The California Career Development Conference (CA CDC) brings students from across California together to compete, learn, and connect through engaging workshops and presentations. This year, students from Learn4Life, Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD), and San Gorgonio High School will participate, representing their programs and communities. The conference is designed as a positive, supportive, and friendly competition that encourages personal growth, leadership, and career exploration. For many students, CA CDC represents a culminating experience in their JAG journey. Some participants highlight the excitement of competing and earning awards, while others value the opportunity to attend workshops that support their career and personal development. Many students also shared that one of the most meaningful aspects of the conference is the chance to meet peers and exchange ideas with fellow JAG Student Career Association members from across the state. Regardless of individual goals, the California Career Development Conference offers a wide range of experiences and opportunities designed to inspire, motivate, and prepare students for future success.
